Alliance Group is one of New Zealand’s largest meat product exporters and the country’s largest producer of sheep meat products.
The company has a large seasonal workforce and is developing online training courses to assist in training and upskilling staff.
Alliance recognises that while these training materials are being delivered to an internal audience, they are still an important part of the brand experience and therefore must align with their brand values. They engaged us to develop a concept look and feel to feature throughout their e-learning programme.
They also called on us to provide independent analysis of their Pure South brand and recommendations for their brand strategy moving forward.
We developed a design style that is clean and professional, incorporating the existing Alliance branding but evolving the presentation of this into a more contemporary and engaging style.
To help engage users the design concept also incorporates an illustrated character to guide them through the various modules.
We then prepared a design guideline document for the programme developer; this contains sample/template slide designs and detailed instructions on the use of colours, fonts, images and other aspects of design styling to ensure consistency is achieved throughout all courses.
The Pure South brand strategy review comprised a full review of the competitive market within New Zealand lamb products, analysis of Pure South’s position within this, and recommendations for future brand extensions and enhancements.
